Brookwood is very similar to much of Forest Hills, except that the lots and homes are smaller and more affordable. Very charming streets, lots of one story brick and wood siding homes, many of them bungalow or craftsman style.

Negatives: Older homes require more maintenance, though most of the homes in this area have been beautifully maintained.
