Greenville Loop Road is a diverse area and has been a popular area of new development over the past 20 years.
NEIGHBORHOOD STATS
Prices range from upper 100k's to $2 million+
Home size ranges from 1200 - 6000 sq ft
Lot sizes range from .3 - over an acre
Most homes built after 1980s

I grew up off Greenville Loop Road, and have seen it change quite a bit over the years. The road's proximity to the waterway makes it extremely popular for great views and boat access. Like many areas along the waterway, the homes that on the waterway are higher dollar, and the further away you get the lower the prices are, making for a diverse price average.

Negatives: Traffic along the road has become an issue in some places.
